Returns & Exchanges

At MOEFLAVOR INTL, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand if something isn't perfect. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items for quality assurance; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
